The Santa Catarina Winery, located in Sencelles, is a fascinating place full of history, perfect for weddings and special events. Founded in 1984 by Stellan Lundqvist, a Swedish winegrower in love with the island, the winery stands out for being a pioneer in the planting of noble French varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Syrah in Mallorca.

During the 1980s and 1990s, Santa Catarina gained a reputation in the local market thanks to its personalized approach and the quality of its wines. However, in 2002, the winery had to cease its activity, leasing its vineyards and winery. In 2014, Lundqvist's children decided to resume and revitalize their father's legacy, replanting the vineyards with a focus on native and Mediterranean varieties and building a new winery on the Son Aloy estate, equipped with cutting-edge technology.

In 2020, Santa Catarina began a new phase with the production of two ranges of wines: Mallorcan monovarietals of native varieties and Mediterranean wines, combining local varieties with others adapted to the island's climate.
